Step into the fourth annual BLACKtopia Conference, a free and unforgettable day of empowerment, exploration, connection, and celebration.

Created with African American high school students and their families in mind, BLACKtopia brings together students, parents, educators, professionals, business owners, and community leaders who are committed to helping young people prepare for successful futures.

This year’s theme is:

Time to Evolve: What’s Your E?

Students will explore four pathways for life after high school:

🎓 Education
Discover colleges, universities, HBCUs, scholarships, training programs, and other educational opportunities.

🎖️ Enlistment
Learn about military service, career training, benefits, expectations, and the questions students should ask before making a commitment.

💼 Employment
Connect with professionals, explore career options, and learn the skills and expectations needed to enter the workforce.

💡 Entrepreneurship
Meet Black business owners, hear their stories, and explore what it takes to turn an idea, talent, or passion into a business.

BLACKtopia is more than a conference. For the past three years, it has created a space where African American students and families feel seen, supported, celebrated, and connected to real opportunities. The 2026 conference will continue that work through interactive experiences, meaningful conversations, cultural celebration, career exploration, and access to valuable community resources.

As part of this year’s BLACKtopia Conference, we are asking every attendee to help us make an impact beyond the conference walls by donating at least one Hygiene Power Pack to support individuals experiencing homelessness. Our goal is BIG: 1,908 Hygiene Power Packs to be distributed to individuals in shelters and throughout our communities.

Last year, BLACKtopia showed up for our seniors. This year, we are extending that same spirit of service to our homeless community.
