Salsa: Movement, Music & Connection

No registration needed! Just come to class any Wednesday at 12:00 or 6:00. Free for dancers 60 and older; $10 per session for everyone else, cash or check at the door. No partner needed, and every level is welcome.

This lively and welcoming, senior-accessible salsa class invites participants to engage with dance as both a creative practice and a shared cultural experience. Designed for all experience levels, the class introduces foundational salsa steps at a comfortable pace while encouraging personal expression, musicality, and connection through movement.

Participants will explore rhythm, style, and the expressive qualities of salsa while building confidence in their own movement. Alongside its artistic focus, the class also supports balance, coordination, and overall well-being in a fun and supportive environment that fosters both creativity and community.

First Wednesday of Each Month: The final 5 minutes of each dance class will feature a brief functional medicine wellness topic with Izzie Sadler, offering practical tips and insights to support your health and well-being.

Free for dancers 60 and older, made possible by the SOWEGA Council on Aging. $10 per session for all other dancers, cash or check at the door. Please come 15 minutes early to check-in, and wear hard-soled shoes or socks.
