Get faster, quicker, and more explosive at Xcellence Fitness in Allen. Coach Ken is a former Division 1 athlete who has helped multiple athletes go on to play at the Division 1 level. He trains athletes from Allen High School and local clubs, and his focus is not one sport. It is athletic performance: speed, quickness, movement, and the overall athleticism that carries over to every sport.

This session is built for students who take their sport seriously and want to train like it, whether they play football, volleyball, baseball, soccer, tennis, or something else.

Who can attend
Current Texas Sports Academy students, homeschool families, and families interested in learning more about the Texas Sports Academy community.

What to bring
Workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle.
