About This Event
When the fires hit Altadena in 2025, they changed this community
forever. Aspire Equity Group is part of putting it back — we currently
have two single-family development projects underway in Altadena, and
we're opening the gate so you can see the work up close.
Join us at our Highview property for a walkthrough of an active
development site. You'll hear how we're acquiring lots in the
fire-impacted area, what we're building, and where each project
stands:
- Highview — ADU construction just started, targeting completion in December
- Mariposa — our second Altadena project, just broke ground
We'll give an overview of both projects — where each one stands, what
we're building, and what the finished homes will look like.
We're actively building in Altadena and growing our presence in this
space. If you're an investor, a potential partner, or a real estate
