Amarillo Community Prayer Breakfast 2026

Can you think of a time when we need prayer more than today?

Once again, on Nov. 24th, the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, the people of the Panhandle will come together in prayer for the 37th time at the Amarillo Community Prayer Breakfast, giving thanks to God for the blessings He has bestowed on our community and asking for His continued guidance for our city, state and national leaders.

We are honored to welcome Jordan Raynor as our speaker this year.

Jordan Raynor is a leading voice in the faith-and-work movement. Through his bestselling books, including Five Mere Christians, The Sacredness of Secular Work, Redeeming Your Time, and The Creator in You, as well as his keynote speeches and devotionals, Jordan has helped millions of Christians in every country on earth connect the gospel to their work.

In addition to his writing and speaking, Jordan serves as the Executive Chairman of Threshold 360, a venture-backed technology startup that he previously led as CEO following a series of successful ventures of his own.

Jordan has twice been selected as a Google Fellow and has served in the White House under President George W. Bush. A sixth-generation Floridian, Jordan lives in Tampa with his wife and their three young daughters. The Raynor family are proud members of The Church at Odessa.

We hope you will join us at 6 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24th, at the Amarillo Civic Center North Exhibit Hall to hear Jordan's powerful message, but more importantly, to pray and acknowledge our community’s dependence on God. Tables of eight are available for $250 and will be assigned in the order received. Seating is determined on a first-come basis, so please don’t delay.

Please prayerfully consider your support of the Amarillo Community Prayer Breakfast. We hope you will join us as we celebrate the start of Thanksgiving week.
