Designing a business that fits your life

It’s easy to let your business slowly eat up your time, energy, and focus so that it feels like all you do is work; while the other priorities in your life slip further into the background. It starts as just an extra push once in a while, but without a plan and processes in place to keep your business in its right place on the priority list, it will take every spare minute, dollar, and ounce of energy you can give it.

In this session we will discuss and review practical methods, tools, and resources to help people who want grow their business without letting it take over their lives set boundaries & priorities so the most important things in life (friends, family, faith, etc.) don’t always take a backseat to building a financial future.
