You will gain actionable techniques for effective corrective coaching and learn how to navigate formal verbal and written warnings legally, professionally, and stress-free. Through practical roleplay scenarios and peer feedback, you will practice real-world conversations in a safe environment, leaving with a plug-and-play manager toolkit complete with written warning templates and follow-up tracking frameworks.
