PeriPowerful Circles are gatherings where women come together to connect, learn, reflect, and support one another through one of life's biggest transitions - perimenopause!

Every circle combines meaningful conversation, practical education, guided reflection, and genuine connection in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Circles explore topics like sleep, stress, nutrition, hormones, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and brain health (or whatever you’re pondering). While also spending time connecting with one another through thoughtful conversations and shared experiences.
