Open Mic & Poets Needed: Black Brilliance Creative Arts and Literature Fair

Black Brilliance Creative Arts & Literature Fair — Open Mic & Poets

Share the mic. Share your story.

The Open Mic & Poets showcase is the heart of the Black Brilliance Creative Arts & Literature Fair — an afternoon where DMV poets, spoken-word artists, storytellers, and singers take the stage in a warm, community-built space. Whether it's your first time at a mic or you've been performing for years, you're invited to bring your voice.

Perform for free. Open mic and poet performers do not pay a vendor fee — the stage is free for performers. Sign up online at the open mic sign-up page or claim your spot at the door (time slots permitting).
