Free Neurodivergent Parent Support Group

Parenting a neurodivergent child comes with joys, challenges, and questions that not everyone understands. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Our free Neurodivergent Parent Support Group meets the first Thursday of each month from 4:00 to 5:00 PM at our Sacramento office. Whether your child was recently diagnosed or you’ve been on this journey for years, this is a welcoming space to connect with other parents and caregivers, share what’s working (and what isn’t), and find genuine community with people who get it.

Need to bring your children? We’ve got you covered. While you connect with your peers, our team provides free childcare and age-appropriate connection groups in our neurodivergent-friendly playroom and lobby — supervised group engagement, not one-on-one clinical care. Because of this, we ask that children and teens joining should be able to participate safely in a group setting without individualized support.

Parking: Free on-site parking available — plenty of spaces right outside our door.

Finding us: When you arrive, enter through the gate and follow the walkway down to the last door on the right — then just ring the doorbell and we’ll let you in.
