Arden Sound Bath Meditation & Healing Journey

This gently guided sound bath experience offers an opportunity to slow down and turn inward. As you rest comfortably on thick comfortable provided mats in a relaxing candle lit room, you are invited through a meditative journey with voice guidance, sacred singing, and healing instruments including Himalayan singing bowls, healing chimes, frame drum, native flute, and the melodic hand pan drum....all creating layered waves of therapeutic sound that wash over you.

These vibrations support the nervous system, quiet the mind, settle emotions, soften the body, and invite a state of deep presence and peace.

Each sound bath is a unique, intuitive journey of renewal. Join us for this nourishing opportunity for deep relaxation, vibrational healing, and inner connection.

We look forward to gathering with you in community for this meaningful experience for the Arden Sound Bath Journey. Your guides on this meditative healing sound journey are very special local musicians and sound bath healers. We provide comfy mats for you! All you need to do is relax and recieve. Come bathe in beautiful calming vibrations!
