Yogalates + Matcha Pop Up

Join yoga and pilates instructor Chelsea Estevez (@seabreezeyogawellness) for an afternoon Yogalates session. Yogalates brings together the mind-body awareness of yoga with the core strengthening of Pilates to offer a well-rounded practice. This 60-minute low-impact class will feature a Vinyasa flow combined with rhythmic core exercises to improve posture and build strength.

The class will be followed by a matcha pop-up by Preferred Matcha Tea Company (@preferredmatchateacompany). Enjoy a stroll through the art galleries while sipping on some matcha.

Bring a yoga mat and water, and get ready for a fun afternoon!

Chelsea Estevez is a fitness enthusiast who comes from a family of naturopathic, wellness, and yoga practitioners. She has been practicing yoga since 2005 and holds her RYT-200, Mat Pilates, and CPY YogaSculpt certifications. Chelsea is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment that encourages empowerment and self-discovery on and off the mat. She currently lives in Northern Virginia and is a yoga instructor at MoCA Arlington and Equinox.
