Join the North Carolina Brook Trout Association for a relaxed, Christmas-themed oyster roast in support of native brook trout conservation across the mountains of North Carolina, held at Highland's Barrel Room on December 3rd in Asheville, NC.

Come celebrate the season with an oyster roast, drinks, live music, and a silent auction, all in a laid-back, festive atmosphere among conservation partners, community supporters, and friends of NCBTA. Bring your holiday spirit; leave the formalwear at home.

Your ticket includes fresh oysters and a full spread, a drink ticket, and a night celebrating the wild places we work to protect. Early bird pricing is available now through October 8th, with prices increasing on October 9th and again on November 20th at midnight. Proceeds directly fund NCBTA's conservation projects, including stream restoration, habitat protection, and community education efforts throughout North Carolina.
