Gifts from the Kitchen // Regalos de la cocina

We welcome the Master Food Preservers for another fun workshop with the goal of inspiring some of your holiday gift giving! This Gifts from the Kitchen holiday event will have four mini-workshops covering flavored salts, shrubs, mocktail & cocktail infusion kits and a demo on orange marmalade. Our instructors will guide you every step of way and cover safe preserving practices, tested recipes, and troubleshooting tips. Attendees will be able walk from table to table to try for themselves each craft and ask our instructors any questions they may have. At the end of our workshop, attendees will take home their handmade treats along with an orange marmalade sample and all the recipie cards for at home crafting. ¡Les damos la bienvenida a los Maestros Conservadores de Alimentos para otro taller divertido con el objetivo de inspirar sus regalos navideños! Este evento navideño "Regalos de la Cocina" contará con cuatro minitalleres sobre sales aromatizadas, jarabes, kits de infusión para cócteles y cócteles sin alcohol, y una demostración de mermelada de naranja. Nuestros instructores los guiarán paso a paso y les explicarán prácticas seguras de conservación, recetas probadas y consejos para resolver problemas. Los asistentes podrán recorrer las mesas para probar cada manualidad y hacer preguntas a nuestros instructores. Al finalizar el taller, los asistentes se llevarán a casa sus creaciones artesanales, una muestra de mermelada de naranja y todas las tarjetas de recetas para prepararlas en casa. ¡Esperamos que sus seres queridos disfruten de los frutos de sus nuevas habilidades estas fiestas! ¡Los esperamos!
