Prana Sadhana is a journey through breath, movement, and meditation from October 11 to December 20, 2026. Like going to the gym to strengthen the body, this is a space to train the breath, body, and mind. We briefly explore the wisdom behind the practices, with our focus on direct experience: calming the body and stilling the mind through consistent practice.
Sundays, 7–8 AM Central Time: In-person practice at Chinmaya Sundaram, 12825 Burnet Road, Austin, TX 78727.
Tuesdays, 8 PM Central Time: 30–40 minute online guided practice. All sessions will be recorded and available through our Skool community.
Join the full program or individual Sunday sessions. No prior experience necessary. In-person attendance is limited to 15 people per session.
Registration is free. Optional voluntary contributions help cover our space and resources: https://givebutter.com/PranaSadhana
Looking forward to practicing together!
