A fall healing circle for the spiritually curious. ✨
As we move into the latter part of the year, we’re creating space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and release some of what we’ve been carrying.
Join us for an intimate healing circle featuring a mix of somatic and spiritual practices designed to help you rest, reflect, release, and reclaim your energy.
Together, we’ll experience:
✨ Guided somatic meditation
✨ Community limpia
✨ Group Reiki, with optional participation
✨ Journaling + reflection
✨ Space for integration and connection
✨ A small take-home ritual kit to continue your practice at home
No prior experience with Reiki, limpias, somatic practices, or energy work is needed. Come as you are, come curious, and come ready to make some space for yourself.

This is a community healing circle, not therapy. Although we are both mental health professionals, we will not be acting as therapists during this event. This gathering is not a substitute for psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or crisis support.
Reiki and limpia are complementary spiritual practices, and participation is always optional. We invite you to honor your own boundaries throughout the experience.
