Join us for the 2026 I Am Her Gala & Awards Night, an inspiring evening celebrating remarkable individuals and organizations making a meaningful difference throughout Nelson County.

This special evening will recognize local leaders whose work strengthens our community through education, youth mentorship, community service, and violence prevention.

5:00pm | Doors Open & Dinner Served

Guests are encouraged to arrive promptly at 5:00pm. Dinner will be served beginning at 5:00pm, with time to enjoy your meal, connect with fellow guests, and settle in before the program.

6:00pm | Awards Program Begins

The formal program will begin promptly at 6:00pm as we celebrate this year’s honorees and the people helping create a stronger Nelson County.

Add a little friendly competition to your evening while supporting Our Commonwealth! During our dessert dash fundraiser, guests can contribute together as a table, with the highest-giving tables getting first pick of the desserts.

Participation is optional and donations are separate from your ticket purchase. Please bring cash or a check if you’d like to join in—dessert dash donations will be collected by cash/check only.
