AI is one of the most powerful tools to reach the workplace in years, but its impact cuts both ways, and HR's responsible for making sure it lands on the right side of that line. Whether you've already begun rolling out AI across your organization or are just getting started, this three-part series will give you a proven approach to leading the charge.
Led by ERC’s partner, SkillSpout, this program takes you from strategy to governance to hands-on building. You'll leave with a clear read on where your organization stands on its AI journey, a plan to set direction with your leadership team, the frameworks to govern AI responsibly, and one working tool you built yourself.
Session 1: Lead the Strategy – Thursday, November 5
Session 2: Policy, Governance, and the Human Side of Change — Thursday, November 12
Session 3: Hands-on Practice — Thursday, November 19
