First Time Downsizer Workshop

Downsize with Ease

Ready to simplify life and make space for what matters most?

Join us for a fun, relaxed day all about taking the stress out of downsizing! Whether you’re thinking about moving to a smaller home or just want to make life a little lighter, this class is the perfect place to start.

Your host, Katie Swinson, is both a Senior Real Estate Specialist and an occupational therapist- which means she understands not just the housing side of downsizing, but also the human side. She’ll share local insights/resources, practical tips, and first steps to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

This event is great for:

• Empty nesters starting to plan their next move
• Adult kids helping parents through the process
• Anyone ready to make life feel a little simpler and more manageable

Come enjoy light bites, drinks, and good conversation- you’ll leave feeling inspired and ready for your next chapter!
