Build Here, Puget Sound! The Game: King County

Build Here! is the Puget Sound Regional Council’s (PSRC) new housing platform designed to provide equitable access to localized housing data and support faster, better-informed decisions across the development community.

Bringing together regional zoning data, a developable land inventory, feasibility analysis, and parcel-level housing projections, the tool empowers practitioners across King, Kitsap, Pierce, and Snohomish counties to identify sites, inform policy, and streamline development.

What to Expect:

Whether you are evaluating sites for affordable housing, preparing legislative testimony, or conducting market research, this workshop will help you:

• Learn about the Tool: Learn directly from the tool’s creators how to navigate soft-site filters, zoning overlays, and localized feasibility data.
• Test Real-World Scenarios: Walk through a collaborative tabletop game using real regional data to practice utilizing the tool in housing development.
• Cross-Sector Networking: Build direct working relationships with regional peers, elected officials, local planners, housing staff, and developers.

Parking and Transportation: Parking is available in the visitor parking garage entrance and exit are located off 110th Ave NE. Several paid parking garages are also located on 10th Avenue and 4th Avenue.

The entrance is at the building's northwest corner. The room is on the first floor and in room 1E-108.
