🏆 HLT Tournament Update – Division & Wristband Information 🏆

Hello HLT Family,

As we prepare for our HLT Tournament in November, we’d like to explain how divisions will be organized to help the event run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Each competitor will receive a colored wristband at check-in based on their age group:

For example, if these were the colors chosen, this is how it would look

🟡 Yellow Wristband: Ages 4–7

🟢 Green Wristband: Ages 8–10

🔵 Blue Wristband: Ages 11–14

🔴 Red Wristband: Ages 15–17

⚪ White Wristband: Ages 18–30

⚫ Black Wristband: Ages 30+

Throughout the tournament, athletes will be called to the holding area by wristband color. Once in the holding area, tournament staff will organize competitors into their final divisions based on:

* Belt rank

* Size

* Age

* Number of competitors

This system allows us to create the fairest and most competitive divisions while keeping the tournament running on schedule.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to an exciting day of competition. See you in November!
