Nervous System Reset: Stress Relief for Mind & Body with Nicole Griffin

Join us on second Fridays at MLK for a 90-minute nervous system reset designed to relieve stress, calm your mind, and reconnect you with your body. Each session includes simple, science-backed teachings on nervous system health, optional group sharing, and deeply restorative practices like mindful movement, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra.

This class is especially supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in “go mode.” When we slow down in community, we remember that we’re not alone—and that healing happens more easily when we feel safe, seen, and supported.

You’ll leave each session feeling more grounded and at ease with simple tools you can carry into your daily life.

Tickets for this monthly workshop are $35.

Nicole Griffin is a teacher, coach, writer, and mindful travel retreat leader with thousands of hours of yoga, mindfulness, and nervous system education.

Nicole specializes in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and mindful movement. She is a certified Relax and Renew teacher with Judith Lasater. Her calming presence and intuitive teaching style create a safe space where students can unwind and restore.
