ABOUT
Sun Chu has been a meditation instructor at Main Line Meditation since 2017. For over 15 years, Sun has worked as a full-time instructor, leading meditation classes, seminars, and workshops along the East Coast. She is grateful for the profound joy meditation has brought to her life and is passionate about helping others achieve similar results.
Main Line Meditation is a non-profit organization providing membership-based guided meditation classes through a complete disciplinary practice of Finding True Self Meditation. Our practice is a step-by-step guided visual meditation technique of self-reflection and releasing/letting go. This process brings feelings of inner peace, connection with others and calmness which in turn enables one to gain clarity, wisdom, acceptance and focus.
This class series will take place at the Willows Mansion, maintained and operated by the Willows Park Preserve, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving, maintaining, and revitalizing the historic Willows Mansion as a space for the community.
