Creative Wellness Journaling at Sacred Profane Brewery

Looking for a creative way to slow down, reflect, and celebrate your progress? Join Dash of Creativity at Sacred Profane Brewery for a relaxed wellness journaling workshop filled with colorful supplies, approachable activities, and fresh inspiration.

This beginner-friendly workshop combines creative journaling, mindfulness, goal-setting, habit tracking, and self-reflection. You will explore simple ways to make journaling feel personal, enjoyable, and easy to continue at home.

Not sure what to write? That is completely fine. Guided prompts, visual examples, and step-by-step activities will help you get started. You might:

• Record a few thoughts
• Create a colorful list
• Design a simple habit tracker
• Reflect on your goals and routines
• Decorate your pages with stickers
• Celebrate recent progress and small wins

There is no right or wrong way to journal. Follow the examples, try your own ideas, or simply enjoy creating pages that feel meaningful to you. No writing, journaling, or artistic experience is needed.

During the workshop, we will also explore the importance of noticing everyday accomplishments. A small win might be trying something new, completing a task, creating a healthier routine, or simply making time for yourself. Recognizing these moments can make larger goals feel more manageable and encouraging.

Conversation is welcome, but you never have to share anything personal. Your journal and reflections can remain completely private.

You will leave with a personalized journal, new creative wellness ideas, and simple journaling activities you can continue at home.
