Otis Julius is a Hip Hop and Punk Rock artist based in Caldwell, Idaho, who is currently rebranding from his former moniker, "Big O." Over the course of his five-year career, he has independently released four EPs and toured extensively across the United States, Western Canada, and parts of Asia, including performances in Indonesia and Singapore. Dedicated to maintaining creative autonomy, he views his music as a positive and authentic extension of his identity, built entirely on his own terms.
After a period playing in a punk and hardcore band, Otis returned to his musical roots in Hip Hop while incorporating the high-energy, interactive elements of punk performance. He strives to create an immersive experience for his audience, prioritizing engagement and live energy over passive listening. Driven by a genuine passion for his craft, he uses music as a vehicle for travel and connecting with others, viewing his work as a way to share love and community with his listeners.
