Big Feelings, Big Joy Conversation & Book Signing

Join author April Snow for a conversation about her new book Big Feelings, Big Joy, including how to lean into your capacity to feel deeply to bolster you against overwhelm and soak up the joyful moments.

Facilitated by fellow HSP Dorothy Meyer who is a long-time friend and also the co-owner of Ren’s Coffehouse & Books. Event is free to attend , tickets required to reserve your spot as space is limited. Copies of the book will be availabe for purchase at the event. Cafe will be open for purchases as well and you can enjoy treats from the coffeehouse and get your book signed by the author.

About the author: April Snow, LMFT is a licensed psychotherapist, author, and consultant. She specializes in working with highly sensitive people to help calm the storm of overload, guilt, and self-doubt to allow their innate sensitive strengths to shine through.

Deeply committed to changing the narrative of what it means to be highly sensitive, April supports HSPs around the world through her Sensitive Circles community, Sensitive Sessions workshops, and Sensitive Stories podcast. In addition to Big Feelings, Big Joy she has written Find Your Strength: A Workbook for the Highly Sensitive Person.

April holds a Master’s Degree in Integral Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California where she lives with her wife. In her free time she enjoys seeing live music and being at the beach, in her bed, or on her yoga mat.
