"We Are Not Invisible: Doulas and the Work of Survival" is a documentary about survival, care and being heard. Through doulas, mothers and medical professionals, the film explores pregnancy and birth through one first-time mother and her doula, alongside stories of medical crisis and insight. It reveals the unseen labor surrounding birth and the voices fighting to be heard, believed and valued.
Panelists include: Bonnie Collins , Dr. John Labban, Dr. Nicole Carey, and Shelonda Wright.
