Kelly Kelly is a full-time Retirement Mortgage Specialist and a Senior Vice President of the Reverse Lending division at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. She proudly serves the mid-west and is continually educating herself so she can help her clients beyond the mortgage transaction. She is a Certified Senior Advisor, a Registered Social Security Analyst, and a member of NAIFA and the Coalition on Aging. She is available to her clients far beyond the loan closing and as their needs change in retirement. Her passion and mission are to educate and inform people 62+ about the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) which is a type of Reverse Mortgage. She is certified to teach continuing education classes to Realtors and Certified Financial Professionals. Too many people are unaware of the updates, changes and benefits the HECM offers people 62+ to access their current housing wealth or to purchase their right-size home; all with no required principal and interest mortgage payment! She has been married to her husband Dave for 34 years and they have three grown daughters. She graduated from the University of South Dakota Business School with a B.S. in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing. Her background with small businesses, marketing, advertising, real estate, and television all shared a common theme that everyone has a story and a vision for their life and how they want to live it.
