We’re excited to bring Backyard Boston and Pacer Physical Therapy together for a morning centered around something we both believe in: helping women feel strong, supported, and confident in movement.
Join us for a stroller-friendly morning walk, followed by coffee and a pelvic health Q&A designed for active moms in the Boston community.
Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, getting back into running, or simply looking to better understand your pelvic health, this is a chance to get moving, connect with other moms, and leave with practical tools you can incorporate into your everyday routine.
