STRIKE GOLD WITHIN: HIKE WITH A THERAPIST

Sometimes the greatest treasure isn’t something we find, it’s something we uncover within ourselves.

Join us for our Strike Gold Within, a guided outdoor wellness experience that combines hiking, mindfulness, reflection, and therapeutic conversation in the beauty of nature.

Led by a licensed mental health therapist, a federal forest ranger and wellness practitioner. Participants will be encouraged to slow down, connect with the present moment, reflect on their personal journey, and explore the strengths, resilience, and “gold” they already carry within.

Throughout the experience, participants will engage in intentional wellness activities and guided reflection designed to support emotional well-being, connection, and self-discovery.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Guided group hike
• Mindfulness and grounding exercises
• Therapist-led reflection and conversation
• Journaling and self-reflection opportunities
• Connection with nature and community
• An encouraging, welcoming wellness experience

WHAT TO BRING

Wear comfortable hiking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Bring water, sunscreen, sun protection, and a willingness to slow down, reflect, and enjoy the outdoors. Also, bring a bathsuit and towel if you plan to dip in the hot springs.

No hiking experience is necessary. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and honor their bodies throughout the experience.

Strike Gold Within is a community wellness experience and is not a substitute for individual mental health treatment or psychotherapy.
