Boulder Nova Connect + Elevate: Legacy and Lasting Impact

CONNECT + ELEVATE

A Curated Gathering for Women Consciously Creating Their Lives and Who Knows the Room Matters

First Tuesday @ Zeal Boulder

You’re intentional about how you live and how you work. You care not just about what you’re building, but how you’re building it and who you’re in the room with along the way.

Connect + Elevate is Nova’s new signature monthly gathering in Boulder, created for women and non-binary seasoned professionals who want meaningful connection, thoughtful conversation, and growth that actually feels aligned with their lives. Not just more contacts but people who understand why your values matter as much as your vision.

This isn’t about filling a calendar or working a room. It’s about spending your time with people who make you think differently, feel more like yourself, and leave you feeling more seen than when you arrived.

ZEAL is opening its doors just for us, so please plan to order food and a beverage while you're there — we love to honor the space they're holding for our circle.

THE EXPERIENCE

CONNECT We begin with guided connection around our theme of the month — not icebreakers, but intentional dialogue that moves purposefully into real conversation. The structure is designed to help you meet people you are so excited to know, without forcing performance or small talk.

You’ll leave this portion with a sense of who’s in the room and who you want to continue the conversation with outside the room.

ELEVATE In the second half, a Nova member leads a short, live workshop rooted in lived experience. These sessions are practical, relevant, and grounded — offering insight you can apply immediately.

Topics vary month to month and include leadership, money, visibility, communication, wellbeing, or sustainable success. Each workshop is designed to elevate both the member leading and the collective intelligence of the room.

You’ll leave with new connections, feeling expanded, and a feeling that you’ve finally found the room you’ve been looking for.

DECEMBER THEME: LEGACY AND LASTINIG IMPACT

As the year comes to a close, December offers space to pause and look at the bigger picture. Legacy isn’t just what you leave behind — it’s how you show up now. This month is about clarifying the mark you want to make in your work, your community, and your relationships. You’ll reflect on the values guiding your decisions and how to align your next chapter with deeper meaning and purpose.

Who This Is For:

✔️ The Unboxed Woman: ambitious, intuitive, and ready to live and lead on her own terms

✔️ She’s building something with heart: whether it’s a business, a movement, or her own next chapter

✔️ She craves spaces that nourish, not drain, and where connection is as powerful as strategy

You’ll Leave With:

✨ A deeper relationship with your sacred power and permission to own it fully

✨ Embodied insight to help you lead with authenticity and create your vision with intention

✨ Real, soul-aligned connection with women who see and celebrate you
