Ambient Soundscapes: A Sound Meditation Experience
About This Event
Ambient Soundscapes: A Sound Meditation Experience
As the day softens into evening, come settle in.
Ambient Soundscapes is a monthly sound meditation held at The Mandala School in Bowie, Maryland. Each session guides you through a rich, evolving soundscape, where multichannel ambient music, field recordings, and the resonant vibrations of singing bowls carry you toward deep calm and inner stillness.
No experience required. Just sound, breath, and the quiet of the evening giving way to night.
Arrive as you are. Leave restored.

Joseph Vernon Murray, CYT, Sound + Visual Artist and Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher
Asya Proctor, Certified Meditation Teacher and Sound Healer
