All levels welcome. No experience needed.

Concrete Fit™ is Urban and Soul line dance built as a real workout. Easy to follow rhythm routines, intensity options for every body, and a room that moves together. Come as you are.

We start at 10:00 sharp. Class runs 75 to 90 minutes.

Fitness 4 Less members: free with your membership.

Guests: $10 at the door, paid to the gym.
