Youth Singing Competition Initiative

Dear Business Owner/Entrepreneur,

Our organization is pleased to invite you to become an official vendor for IN Harmony, an exciting youth singing competition and development initiative dedicated to empowering the next generation through music, mentorship, leadership, and educational opportunities.

IN Harmony provides students in grades 8–12 with a platform to showcase their musical talents, build self-confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and pursue scholarship opportunities.

We believe that when businesses and communities come together to invest in our youth, we create a lasting impact that extends far beyond the stage.

As an IN Harmony Vendor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your products and services, connect with families and community members, expand your customer base, and demonstrate your commitment to supporting youth development.

Vendor Registration Information

Registration Opens: October 31, 2026

Deadline: January 20, 2027

Platform: Eventbrite

Vendor Participation Packages

We are pleased to offer two participation options:

Option 1: Three-Date Vendor Package — $300

Participate in three designated vending dates.

Save compared with purchasing three individual vending dates.

Enjoy multiple opportunities to promote your business, build customer relationships, and increase community visibility.

Option 2: Single-Date Vendor Package — $150

Participate in one designated vending date.

Showcase your products or services to attendees.

Connect with potential customers while supporting a meaningful youth initiative.

There will be eight designated vending dates, along with the culminating IN Harmony Main Event. Additional information regarding Main Event vendor participation will be provided separately.

Important Dates and Vendor Selection Process

January 20, 2027: The eight available vending dates will be emailed to all paid, registered vendors.

Vendor Date Selection: Vendors will have three days after the deadline to select and submit their preferred selections.

We encourage all vendors to respond promptly to ensure timely scheduling and coordination.

Vendor Product Categories and Exclusivity Guidelines

To provide a diverse shopping experience and create fair opportunities for participating businesses, IN Harmony will accept a maximum of three (3) vendors offering the same or substantially similar products within each designated vending date.

All vendors are required to clearly identify and list the specific products, merchandise, or services they intend to offer.

Only three vendors offering duplicate or substantially similar merchandise will be permitted per vending date.

Vendor categories will be reviewed to help maintain a balanced variety of businesses.

Product categories will be assigned based on completed paid registrations and availability.

Vendors must receive prior approval before adding products or services not listed on their original registration form.

These guidelines are designed to promote fairness, encourage business diversity, and enhance the overall vendor and attendee experience.

Vendor Space Requirements

Each participating vendor is responsible for providing:

One (1) six-foot table

A maximum of two (2) chairs

Their own merchandise, promotional materials, and necessary display supplies

Additional event logistics and setup instructions will be communicated to confirmed vendors.

Limited Vendor Opportunities — Register Early!

To ensure a quality experience for our participating businesses and event attendees, vendor registration is limited to the first 30 paid vendors, subject to product-category availability.

FIRST PAID. FIRST SERVED. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a vendor space. Registration and payment are required to secure participation.
