A Support Group for New Clinicians
So… you’re a therapist now. Now what? 👀
Welcome to Holding It Together-ish, a support group for new clinicians navigating the exciting, overwhelming, and occasionally “WHAT AM I DOING?”-inducing world of being a therapist.
From imposter syndrome and post-session spirals to navigating difficult cases, setting boundaries, and figuring out your identity as a clinician, this is a space to talk about the things they don't always teach you in grad school.
Whether you're second-guessing a session, celebrating a small win, wondering if everyone else has it figured out, or just need to hear that you're not the only one learning as you go, you're in the right place!
Come connect with other early-career clinicians, share experiences, ask questions, and build community in a space where you don't have to pretend to have all the answers.
No expectations to be the perfect therapist. No pressure to have it all figured out. Just honest conversations, shared experiences, and a reminder that becoming a clinician is a process.
Because you can be a great therapist and still be figuring it out. We're just holding it together-ish.
