Spooky Sculpt & Halloween Glow ups
Get ready for a spooky Halloween @ FRWD!
9:30AM Start with a 45 minute Spooky Sculpt Mat Pilates Workout with Chloe at Urslf Movement. This will be outside so dress in layers. (we have tents & heaters so no worries) Bring your mat & get your witchy little burn in.
10:30-12:30 get your Halloween Glow up. Enjoy our pop up services & lots of shopping.
