​The Exhale🌬️is a monthly high-energy dance experience designed to playfully help you shake off the week’s stress, reconnect with your body, and transition into your weekend feeling lighter, freer, and more present.

​Think less dance class, more sweaty dancefloor therapy powered by a live DJ set and good energy. Shake off the week and dance your way into the weekend.
