Nonprofit Learning Community Meeting

The Quarterly Nonprofit Learning Community brings together nonprofit organizations and community partners working across the Social Determinants of Health to share ideas, exchange resources, and learn from one another's experiences. These meetings create opportunities to strengthen relationships, explore challenges and successes, and identify ways to work together toward improved outcomes for individuals and families in Alamance County.

By fostering collaboration and connection across sectors, the Learning Community helps build a stronger network of organizations committed to advancing community well-being and creating lasting positive change.
