Classic Class: Cheese of the British Isles—$75

From Stilton, the king of blue cheeses, to Montgomery's Cheddar, the standard bearer for farmstead cheddars, there's a lot to celebrate about cheese from the British Isles. This class will focus on the rich tradition of cheddar and blue cheese, but will also introduce you to lesser-known styles. These cheeses will be accompanied by British preserves, honey, and more for some tasty pairings, both classic and modern. We'll help you wash down your cheese with some classic beverage pairings - classic cider and ale will definitely be on the menu.
