Melanin in the Park is teaming up with First Street Market to bring you a FREE Dance Party for Littles! A morning filled with music, movement, costumes, and good vibes for our little ones and the grown-ups who love them.

Melanin in the Park was created to bring Black and Brown children and families together in spaces where they can see themselves reflected, build friendships, and experience the joy of community. While representation is at the heart of what we do, ALL families are welcome! 🤎

We're bringing that same energy indoors for a morning of fun!

🎶 What to Expect

• 🎧 DJ & Dancing: Kid-friendly tunes to get those little feet moving!
• 🦸🏽 Costume Fun: Save those Halloween costumes! Why wear them only once?
• 🛍️ Local Vendors: Come support local Black and Brown-owned businesses.
• 🤎 Community & Connection: Meet other families, make new friends, and let the kids enjoy being kids!

• This is a family-friendly event. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or caregiver.
• Admission is free! Food, drinks, and vendor merchandise may be available for purchase.
• Please RSVP so we can get an idea of how many families to expect.
• Bring your dancing shoes and your good vibes!
