All women are welcome to this circle, to take time to breathe, relax, laugh, tell stories and to take the first steps towards finding their purpose and balance. Just bring your authentic, non-judgemental self, and be respectful of others. We will use paper, colors, light bodywork, story-telling and an open mind to support and inspire one-another. Please note that this is not therapy.
