Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, navigating a major life transition, carrying emotional stress, or experiencing a season that feels especially heavy, you are welcome here.

This gathering will create space for meaningful conversation, personal reflection, connection, and a restorative sound bath experience designed to help participants slow down, settle the body, and create space for rest.
