FREE Beginner Yoga

Join Breezy Culberson for FREE Beginner Yoga at Signature Park in Cedar Hill.

This outdoor class is a space to slow down, move with intention, and give your body a little care in the middle of the week. Whether yoga is completely new to you or you just want a gentle place to stretch, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, you are welcome here.

We’ll meet every Wednesday at 6:30 PM from October 14 through November 11 at Signature Park, located behind the Traphene Hickman Library.

Expect a beginner-friendly practice with mindful movement, stretching, breathwork, and plenty of room to move at your own pace. No pressure, no need to be flexible, and no need to “know” yoga before you arrive.
