What Is This Workshop About?

Strong, healthy relationships don’t happen by accident—they are built on daily habits. Whether you want to deepen your connection with a spouse, family member, friend, or coworker, this workshop gives you the practical tools to make your relationships thrive. By focusing on your own personal growth and practicing foundational relational skills, you will learn how to foster genuine, life-giving connections right where you are. This workshop will help you and those you relate with establish two things:

• Catalyze your personal transformation. We have to commit to the process of becoming a relationally healthy person before anything changes. You can only change you.
• Practice and reproduce the foundational skills for a healthy marriage, family, or friendship. Just like learning to ride a bike for the first time takes time and practice, so does having healthy relationships.

Content You Will Experience:

• Master Relational Needs: Learn how to recognize and meet key relational needs for those closest to you.
• Build Daily Rhythms: Establish relational practices and rhythms for date nights, family nights, and small group gatherings.
• Deepen Trust and Closeness: Discover how to genuinely know the people closest to you so that trust and connection increase, and loneliness decreases.
• Process Painful Emotions: Learn how to heal and resolve emotions like hurt, anger, guilt, fear, and shame.
• Cultivate Gratitude: Build a relationship of giving first and gratitude so that each person feels cared for and valued.
