Frequently Asked Questions

• Do I need to register or attend every week?
No registration needed, and there is zero pressure to attend regularly. Drop in whenever your schedule allows!
• What should I wear?
Casual dress is great. The instructor typically dresses up a bit, but everyone else comes casual and comfortable.
• What is the typical age group?
Most attendees are between 50 and 70, with several regulars in their 30s and 40s. Adults of all ages are welcome.
• Is there food?
Once a month, we host a casual potluck immediately following class so everyone can stay, eat, and chat. When a potluck is scheduled, feel free to bring any favorite dish, snack, or treat you'd love to share!
