Whiskey Wednesday: Mashbills & Flavoring Grains

Join us for Whiskey Wednesday: Session 02 —the second in a series of new monthly gatherings for bourbon drinkers, cocktail lovers, and anyone curious about what goes into the whiskey in their glass.

This time around, we’re taking a deeper dive into Colorado's agriculture with an exploration of different grains and the effects they have on finished whiskies. Compare and contrast our Flagship 2-Grain Bourbon, Wheated Bourbon, High Rye Bourbon, and Straight Rye Whiskey while learning about the decisions, techniques, and history behind each bottle.

Mitch, our Master Blender, and Josh, our Vice President, will be discussing our featured topic, while fielding any and all questions our guests have throughout the experience. Take a look behind the scenes, hear stories from inside the distillery, and get a firsthand look at how our whiskey develops from grain to bottle.

Each session will feature a mixology demonstration. We'll build a premium craft cocktail around one of our spotlight spirits, talk about its history and origin, and sample it with the group.
