Two Artists. Two Journeys. One City.
The Table & Gallery comes to Charleston for an intimate evening where art, food, wine, and storytelling come together.
Featuring Charleston -born and raised in North Charleston, artist Okeeba Jubalo alongside Madagascar-born artist and energy healer Frederic Payet, the evening brings together two distinct creative journeys shaped by place, identity, heritage, resilience, and transformation.
Guests will experience the artists’ work, hear the stories behind their practice, and engage in a cultural dialogue that connects Charleston to a broader global perspective.
The experience continues through food design by Chef Juan, inspired by the Lowcountry, Madagascar, and France, with wine served throughout the evening.
This is not simply an exhibition or dinner. It is a gathering designed around connection—between artists and audience, local and global culture, food and memory, and the stories that shape who we become.
