New This Year: Neighborhood Blooms 🌼

Help Charleston bloom! RCCR, with funding from the City of Charleston’s Heart of Our Neighborhoods initiative, will distribute 10,000 free daffodil bulbs. Charleston residents and businesses can register to reserve 24 bulbs for pickup at the Housing Fair and fall planting.

Limit one reservation per household or business. Unreserved bulbs will be available first come, first served while supplies last.

Visit RCCR.org to reserve your bulbs or optionally pre-register for Housing Fair text reminders. Housing Fair preregistration does not reserve bulbs; please complete the Neighborhood Blooms form separately.

Admission is free. Registration is not required to attend, and walk-ins are welcome!
