- 90-min group event - A chakra & light body activation and realignment. A wonderful practice for intermediate to advance meditators.
- Chakra Activation Meditation - Our chakras are gateways between the physical and energetic bodies. With intention and practice, it becomes easier to balance and align your energy centers. This meditation brings awareness to your auric field and connects with your crystalline light body.
- Cosmic Sound - Unwind to the meditative sounds of singing bowls & drift into the relaxed state of theta. It's an opportunity to expand and explore. Allow the binaural frequencies take you on a journey.
What to Bring
Bring cozy socks as you will leave shoes in the foyer. Sound bath mats, pillows, and blankets will be provided. $35 admission. 10am or 2pm. Reserve your tickets prior to arrival. Tickets can be purchased @ IHLSelf webpage to avoid EB fees.
