Goals to Greatness Presents: The Career Edit

Proudly Sponsored by North Italia - Our Premier Sponsor

Known for its inviting atmosphere and modern Italian dining experience, North Italia - Uptown Charlotte is helping us create an evening where career development, meaningful connections, and intentional networking come together.

Your next career move may not require starting over. It may just need an edit.

Join Goals to Greatness for The Career Edit, an interactive career development and networking experience designed for professionals ready to strengthen how they show up, communicate their value, and position themselves for what’s next.

This isn’t a sit-down workshop where you spend the evening listening and leave wondering what to do next. You’ll put in the work while you’re in the room.

Your 8 Minutes. Your Career. Your Choice.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect one-on-one with industry professionals for focused 8-minute Career Edit sessions.

Choose how you want to use your 8 minutes:

RESUME REVIEW Bring your resume and receive real-time feedback on your positioning, accomplishments, messaging, and opportunities for improvement.

MOCK INTERVIEW Practice answering interview questions and receive immediate feedback on your responses, communication, confidence, and delivery.

PORTFOLIO FEEDBACK Bring your professional or creative portfolio and receive insight on presentation, messaging, and how you're showcasing your work.

Come prepared with the materials that match the experience you choose.

And Your Experience Doesn't Stop When Your 8 Minutes Are Over.

While Career Edit sessions are happening, the entire room stays active.

Step over to our Activation Wall, where curated question prompts are designed to take networking beyond surface-level introductions and spark intentional conversations with other professionals in the room.

Then, pick up the phone at our Career Hotline and respond to a featured career prompt. Share your perspective, a lesson you've learned, advice you'd give, or a piece of your career story by recording your response directly through our telephone activation.

You can also continue networking throughout the space and, if reserved during registration, step in for an on-site professional headshot.

There’s no sitting around waiting for your turn.

Every part of The Career Edit is intentionally designed to help you connect, reflect, practice, gain feedback, and position yourself for what’s next.

Whether you're actively job searching, preparing for a promotion, pivoting industries, re-entering the workforce, building your professional brand, or simply making sure you're ready when the next opportunity arrives—there's a seat at the table for you.

Come ready to connect. Come ready to receive feedback. Come ready to make your next Career Edit.
